What Is This?????
Does anyone know what the name of this is???
I have had this accessory for about thirty years….I use to have a silver one and an oblong one. I called them “belt makers!”
When I was 20-something, I would use them to turn a simple belt or scarf into a fun one! Lately though I realized that I could use it to bump up jewelry as well!! I’m glad I kept this one and wish I had hung on to the others…but hindsight…right?
I also wanted to document that it does get cold in San Antonio….that’s why this lovely fountain from down the street is pictured below!!
We are on snow watch…but I will believe it when I see it!
Stay warm, everyone!
Pam, what a great piece of jewelry! It adds some drama to an outfit! Love it! ~Serene
i am loving that scarf you have on today
and your egyptian looking disc looks fab on the belt…have you googled it?
I really like this on the belt! Hope you are keeping warm, but if not–thawing out.
I have no idea what it is , but it is cool!
Thank you so much for your comment on my blog!!
Have a pretty day!

I love your gold whatchamacallit. It is really versatile. I love the scarf. And the whole outfit. I don't love the cold weather. I would say you can have it but it's coming whether I like it or not. Reminds me of a great thing I saw at the beach in South Carolina. Cold snap, really cold. Their sprinklers must have been on a timer. Anyway it was interesting too.
The scarf is fabulous! I have a piece very similar to your known object and I purchased mine at an accessories show in the late 80's at the height of the scarf craze. The one I own is free-form and made of the same metal as yours. You have used yours in several clever ways.
I have no idea what it is called except for Fabulous! Now I want one.
I concur: I have no clue what that thing is, but its incredible!
