What I’m Reading Tonight…..

After I watch Fashion Star, I am going to sit down with a cup of hot tea and read Sharon Znaty’s book, Club 0-50.

Sharon recently sent me a copy and I plan to enjoy her humor and advice.  She has been a makeup artist in Los Angeles for television, runway, and commercial print advertising….and I bet has a few stories to tell.

Hope you enjoy your evening….it’s been a long week…I plan to enjoy mine!!

  2. How nice of you, Pam! I hope that you, as well as your friends and followers like my book, too! I enjoy your site very much and am so pleased that you are sharing the over-50 "joys"! Keep up the great work!!

  3. This looks like a great weekend read! ANd I have to say, you always have a gorgeous photo of your coffee on your blog! As a person who is trying to keep her coffee consumption to one cup a day (mostly unsuccessfully), it is the equivalent of waving a carrot under the nose of a donkey……where do you get such a big, gorgeous latte bowl!? I could have my one cup easily in that!

  4. Sorry to tempt you…I always feel the same way when I look at dessert blogs!! I bought two of these cups about three years ago at Ross…I love them…my family knows that these are MY cups. Have a great weekend!!

  5. Pam – Hope you have a great weekend….. sounds like you need a restful and joyful one….. Question – where did you find Sharon Znaty's book – I checked Barnes and Noble and came up empty….? Any suggestions? thanks, toni

  6. I just clicked over to see this on Amazon. Thanks for the tip. It looks like a fun, informative read so I bought it on my kindle and will start reading it right along with you.

  7. Hi Pam! I watched Fashion Star last night too. Love it! Even tried to order one of the blouses from Macys (but they were all sold out in my size). Just wanted to say I hope you are enjoying a wonderfully restful and restorative weekend. We are both in education and this time of year it can be grueling. I work in programs with students with emotional issues so 'spring fever' can be a little crazy. I'm just back from my spring break but I know what we are in for 😉 on the downhill stretch. Enjoy your weekend….summer is coming.
    xx, Heather
