Goodwill: Spring Jackets Hunt!

“The first day of spring is one thing, and the first spring day is another. The difference between them is sometimes as great as a month.” – Henry Van Dyke
Obviously, Henry Van Dyke understood the problem most of the country is experiencing…it’s spring…but doesn’t really feel like it! Our Spring Break was a roller coaster of cold and cooler days.  We are expecting yet another cold front this weekend.  So, I am entering spring with a need for a few Spring Jackets!
Thank goodness I have great GOODWILL locations surrounding me. I can easily find what I need at a reasonable price.  The weather will begin to heat up soon in San Antonio, so why spend the big bucks on jackets when I have these options for thrift shopping!
This Liz Claiborne jacket and Lane Bryant blouse were both found at the GOODWILL location on Highway 281 at Bitters Road.
Perfect Spring!!  Happy Friday, all!

  1. My son has been transferred to San Antonio. He is there now. Wife and my 4 grandchildren will move this summer. Anyway, I cannot wait to visit and go to the Goodwill Stores. I do not have much luck here. Oh and of course I cannot wait to see the kids. I will probably be there often. Love your blog. Blessings.
P.S. My daughter-in-love is a teacher too. Love that girl.

  2. Good lightweight jackets are hard to find. Yours is very cute and should transition well once cooler weather rolls around again.

  3. Good finds Pam! It's going to snow here again in MN. This winter is a long one. Sad the spring break has been so cold.

  4. Happy Friday and hope you have a good weekend. I like your jacket!! I am waiting for a certain white skirt to come in stock from AT, and I ordered a white fitted jacket. I want to do a all white look. I like your look, and of course your shoes! xo jess
