Jenny Craig: Creating New Habits!

Progress goes on!  I just returned from my weekly consultation at JENNY CRAIG, and the baby steps are adding up.  I continue to be excited about the fact my eating habits are truly changing.  

I get full faster than I used to and prefer the smaller portions.  I so hope this will continue the rest of my life!!  It is the best kind of progress as far as I am concerned.

The morning snack includes a nutrition bar which comes in several flavors.  Up until this week, my favorite was the peanut butter….but now, I am in love with these oatmeal raisin bars.  They are so good…but only around for a limited time…so sad!

What are your plans for this summer weekend??  I hope it is a good one whether you plan to go somewhere fabulous or sit on your patio all cozy at home.

    Congratulations on your baby steps! And on losing that unwanted extra weight! At nearly sixty, my extra weight and I are really good friends. I don't think I will ever get rid of it. Sigh . . .
