Jenny Craig: Why I Need A Consultant!

Meet Yolanda!  She is my sweet consultant at JENNY CRAIG who is at my side to help me reach my goals.  Yes!  I do need the accountability and assistance to make this work.

I made baby steps this week and after visiting with Yolanda, she showed me how I sabotaged the food plan, just a little bit, by not sticking to it literally.  The proteins and nourishment all work together. If I had been better, possibly my weight loss would have been more significant.  Nevertheless,  I did lose….right at four pounds now overall!  My favorite meal this past week was the TURKEY BURGER!!!!

I shared with Yolanda that I would be traveling for three days this weekend and I had not a clue how to make the food plan work on the road.  So, she sat down and figured it all out with me setting up my menus with travel food and sharing tips which are do-able. I left with hope that I would remain on the plan though in another city.  Thanks Yolanda!

So, with her help…I persevere on!  I am traveling and will not post for a couple of days!  I hope everyone has a
