Jenny Craig: Let’s Start With Good News!

Yes, there is good news and bad news.  The good news first… I am down another pound and the plan to cook additions for the JENNY CRAIG food, plate it and sit down did make it all much more enjoyable!
This picture is of the CHEDDAR CHEESE OMELET.  I cooked some onion, peppers, and kale for a topping.  It comes with hash brown potatoes and peppers…so they complimented each other nicely.  I added celery, onions, and peppers to both the chicken and turkey salads for lunch.  Taking the time to plan and prepare made a huge difference.
The bad news is that I have a sinus infection…which I often get this time of year and I feel really awful.  So I am off to bed…but so grateful for JENNY CRAIG and how the plan is helping me.  (I am really close to a 20 pound loss; hope it happens very soon!)

Have a fabulous Friday…stay well!

  1. Congratulations Pam! And that dish you made looks delicious! In spite of the sinus infection, you must be feeling very proud of yourself for your accomplishment! If you have time when you feel better, would you let me know how this works when you also have your husband to consider? Do you fix your meal then something separate for him? Karen

  2. Great job! 5 years ago, I dropped 30 pounds so I know the discipline and determination it takes. Getting sick can sometimes through people off course, so hang in there! Get well soon

  3. Your weight loss accomplishment is something of which you should be so proud! It's terribly hard to lose weight, and you've done it in such an intelligent way – as if you would do ANYTHING else…
big hug to help with the sinus infection,
    Janice

  4. Congratulations, Pam! You've done a great job, and kept it healthy all the way. Sorry you're sick, hope your weekend will still be lovely. xox
