The Need to Keep Life Simple! (Plus Fashion Flash!)

The need for simplicity…I need it right now more than ever…and for me, JENNY CRAIG has helped to answer those needs!  These are pants I could not wear last year.

But, now….bring it on!  To be able to wear clothes in my closet and not worry about how they will fit my body, keeps my life so simple!

(BTW, I love this patterned denim with the black vest! This was a fun outfit for running errands and taking in a brunch on Saturday)

I have many excuses as to why dieting was so difficult for me in the past, but one of those excuses was the need to have an meal plan which fit easily into my busy schedule.  I have so many precious ladies who give me eating advice…eat this, don’t eat this, take these supplements, add these spices, take more supplements, count your calories, but don’t count these calories, add an oil, drink smoothies, cut out meat…and on and on and on.  It really can squelch the desire to eat right at all.  So, along comes Jenny Craig into my life with a a simple way to do this…just eat the menu they give you. I just add to their dishes and create my own with fresh veggies and salads. And it works…I am currently hovering around 21 pounds lost!
I only have to do what they tell me….then later I will decide how to transition into a healthy eating life on my own….and consider all of the great advice sent my way.

Presently, I am living with this precious angel…his very pregnant mother…husband…college student…life is chaos.

Thanks JENNY CRAIG, for helping me keep it all healthy and simple…and in clothes I can wear again!

Make sure you enter to win the Albertini Gift Bag (look in the sidebar)…you will love these products…wait until you feel your skin!

Then Enjoy…

  1. visiting from The Vivienne Files blog. I would love to lose 21 pounds. Congratulations to you! Simple sounds good to me; you're right, all the advice and do's and don't's is enough to make you want to eat more! Adorable little boy, too.

  2. You are so put together. Always. Even when it's just 'something to run errands in'.
