This is the best way for me to begin a new year!  Last weekend, we were invited to a wedding…so, I thought maybe, just maybe, I could fit into an outfit I wore four years ago…when much smaller.  

Yes!  Thanks to JENNY CRAIG…and the awesome MEAL PLAN…and my CONSULTANT…I could wear the dress I have only worn one other time.  I am so encouraged by this and it really gave me the boost I needed to keep it going.  This has been the best diet for this busy woman over 50!

Things are looking up!
