Goodwill SA: Going to the Spice Market

When I walked into the Bitters Road location of GOODWILL SA the other day, I had two things in mind for shopping.  First, I was looking for garments which fit closer to my curves.  Now that I have lost 25 pounds I need smaller garments (do you hear me celebrating!)!!

Second, I was looking for Spring 2015 trends.  Shopping Goodwill SA is a great way to participate in trends and not spend a ton of money.

This jacket celebrates the current trend of Spice Market colors…just as you imagine…not traditional spring pastels, but the saturated colors you find in your spice pantry.

The jacket is Peter Nygard, a line I usually find at our local Dillards Department Store…but I bought it in mint condition for only $3.99!  Now that’s a deal!

We have the best Goodwill locations in San Antonio and they give back to the community in big ways…a Veterans Center and Job Training Centers which are always packed when I am there.  I love shopping with a purpose.  Stop by this weekend! If you bring donations through tomorrow, you could win a fun time at Schiltterbahn!
Also, until Sunday night, you can enter HERE to win a trip to South Padre Island…sweet!

Have a Saturday full of smiles!

  3. Congrats on your weight loss. Yes, show those curves. I love the SA Goodwill stores. My favorite is in Universal City/Selma one, off of 1604. I look for blazers, cullottes, and picture frames. Even purchase a pair of white penny loafers that look amazing. They are Enzo Angiolini from a long time ago.

  4. Congrats on the weight loss and on keeping it off. Love the coat on you. I love thrift shopping, my favorite is one run by the American Cancer Society. I find the best things there helping me to further my addiction to button front blouses. I share my outfits on my blog and everyone is always amazed half of each outfit is thrifted.Followed your link and enjoyed that post as well.
