Jenny Craig: Keep Those New Foods Coming!
JENNY CRAIG has kept me going in the last ten months by occasionally shaking up the food plan with new foods…and the ones introduced lately have been stellar.
My favorites list now includes:
CHICKEN PESTO PASTA (My new favorite dinner)
ASIAN STYLE CHICKEN (a new favorite lunch)
BROCCLI AND CHEESE STUFFED POTATO (also a fav lunch)
ROASTED VEGETABLE LASAGNA (sooo good)
VANILLA BUTTERCREAM CUPCAKE (yep, you read that right…it is delicious)
MEDITTERENEAN STYLE EGG SANDWICH (Breakfast!)
And, of course, I am loving the anytime snack bars and Vanilla Milk Shake above. The Shake is perfect for after a workout.
Just one reason why Jenny Craig is now officially listed among the top two weight loss programs in the country…and because participants keep off the weight they lose. I plan to keep it off!

Well, of course there is a limit and actually the diet has changed my stomach so much, I could not take more than one a day I think. I like the other snacks just as well..and we get three snacks a day. But, if I am having a snack attack, I can go for an anytime bar. I do not believe I have ever eaten more than two in one day and have not done it recently.
