A Must Investmentt for Spring Fashion Look Over 50
As soon as the warmer weather surfaces in your part of the world. consider a lengthy manicure and pedicure to refresh hands and feet. It is perhaps one of the best decisions you can make for your spring wardrobe. When I say lengthy, I mean it should include paraffin wax treatments and lots of massage!
This past weekend I decided to take a break from color and go with a traditional French manicure…there is something clean and refreshing about it. I make sure to eat healthy and take my supplements to keep my nails shiny and strong.
With mules and sandals, it is a must to go for regular pedicures. Honestly, this is a relaxing treat I give myself twice a month. It is an investment I make in my state of mind.
If you have gone the winter with hands in gloves, and feet in boots with no visit to a salon…consider a visit first before you buy new clothes and accessories.
You will be glad you did! What color are you looking forward to wearing on your nails this spring??
If only I could stop biting my nails! I'll have to try supplements to get them stronger. I do love the look of a French manicure.
I wish I could offer advice, Lois. I have never experienced this…though I certainly have other issues! I do recommend supplements and have seen other women make a difference in their nails with them. Hope it all works out.
My nails are so weak I can't keep polish on them. Yours always look gorgeous, Pam!
I'm ready already. It's been the 60s and 70s here in NC! I need to get my toes done soon!
