What a great feature!! I love the articles about the hair styles and the clothing to work with our bodies. I love the longer hairstyles and am not nearly ready to give up my shoulder-length hair, so I did like those. Wish I could pull off short hair, but tried once with a very on-trend style and it backfired. Even had dreams where I was mourning the loss of my hair! And it was so much more work!! The clothing fixes were great! It was so refreshing to see real women featured! There are so many good tips here! As to the milk, I have an aversion to white dairy things, can’t stand vanilla ice cream or milk unless it is loaded with chocolate, so that’s a no-go for me! I do know that full fat is better though. I get full fat yogurt after years of buying the plain fat free and adding my own berries and nuts. Still add the berries and nuts because it’s white, after all, but it’s full fat! : ) I know there are those who say yogurt is ‘bad’ for you, but there are just as many saying it’s good, so whatever works for the individual!
I really enjoyed these articles, Pam! Last week on vacay, I got a haircut and this week I am trying to “fix” it! Lesson learned! I gave up milk several years ago. It dawned on me that I was lactose intolerant. I occasionally buy it for a recipe but that’s it. I appreciate your diligence in searching for interesting, appropriate articles for our age group. Happy Wednesday!
