So excited right now….the new baby and colder air are all scheduled to arrive over the next couple of days…my favorite types of delivery. This is a typical early fall outfit for me…the lightweight capes and ponchos work well in our type of climate. I am wearing a JJill Poncho from a couple of seasons back, and new JJill Ponte Knit Pants and JJill ponte knit top.
This is a JJill top I wore last fall. It seems to be a brand that I wear more in the fall and winter than warmer months…not sure why, but it is a good brand for wardrobe building and the pieces I own are mostly for those seasons.
These pants are super comfy and look so nice for work or going out. And I am really glad I kept this cape…it will always work. Maybe I will wear it to the hospital to meet my new grandson…but he arrives before the cool air does, so I might not be ready for this just yet. My grandmother name is GiGi….and his other grandmother is CeCe! It’s an early alphabet lesson!
Does anyone else like to wear a cape or poncho occasionally in early fall? I know it is not as figure flattering as a jacket, but I do like the look occasionally. What do you think? Please share….there is a slideshow below and I included the new pieces from JJill.
KEEP SMILING, EVERYONE!!
