Would You Wear It for Fall Clothing on Over 50 Feeling 40 by Pamela Lutrell | Sep 24, 2020 | 1 comment 1 Comment Kate on September 26, 2020 at 4:37 pm The first thing I look for when buying a plaid or stripe is that the pattern matches at the seam. When they don’t meet perfectly, it is a sign of poor construction. I would not buy the pants for that reason. I like the style of the shirts, but orange makes me look ill. I would wear either in a brighter “winter” color. I love a snow leopard print, but I can’t wear the gold tones in this sweater. I prefer the print as a tee or blouse with it a plain topper or in an accent like a shoe, belt or earring. In a third layer like this sweater it feels like a “shout”. That works for many women, but I prefer an animal print to be more of a whisper. Reply Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
