  1. AARP article was interesting. Not sure about silk blouses with joggers but who knows? It was nice to read suggestions instead of lists of what not to wear.

  2. I have been thinking about you ladies who blog! It is really a lot of work, researching everything that you write about. Not sure we(the readers) appreciate your efforts. So thank you. I do enjoy reading what you post. Hope you are able to keep it up!stay safe and get those shots!

  3. Wow Pam, I have been dragged down the rabbit hole for an hour and a half before realizing I can go back and read after this. Thanks for all the fun research you have done for us. I have never been on Who What Wear before, and now I have added to my favs. I love Diane von Furstenburg and will be looking for her new book. Lots of ideas all around, and thanks again for a fun Friday morning.

  4. Thanks for sharing these articles. The AARP article was especially interesting. Several of these items stay in my closet no matter what the fashion world is saying. I truly wished that I had saved my A-line skirts because they are so hard to find these days, & pencil skirts are not my friend.

  5. I only kept one pencil skirt, and A-lines are something I would like to have for summer. I will keep my eyes open and report back, Becky!

  6. I too went down the reading rabbit hole after reading the AARP fashion and beauty article, clicking thorough several links to find more topics. Many of them were really helpful! I’m still on a scooter for 8 weeks after foot surgery that was supposed to only require 2 weeks, so distractions are very welcome. Thanks for a lovely hour with my tea!

  7. One of my favorite features on your blog! Thanks for researching and locating these articles. I always look forward to reading them. I also love the links to the current sales!

  8. Good Afternoon! I just spent the past hour or so enjoying your curated articles, and what a pleasant way to spend this snow day. Enjoyed reading about D.V.F., the articles on spring trends and hanging onto fashion staples. I did have some of those lovely silk blouses mentioned, and oh how I adored them! – but sadly my shape never returned to pre-pregnancy form and I eventually donated them. If you come across silk blouses that aren’t too outrageously priced, I would welcome a link. 😉 As one who has considerably downsized from 10 acres to just our little half acre city garden, I was especially interested to read the piece on small space gardening and will incorporate some of their suggestions. Finally, whether it is considered a health food or not, I will always love cottage cheese. I was happy to find out about the added benefits since I consume several servings each week, usually with sliced tomatoes and plenty of black pepper. 😋

  9. Great articles, Pam, thank you so much. For years & years, my mother’s lunch consisted of a cup of cottage cheese, half a pear or peach, either fresh or tinned depending on the season, or a handful of fresh berries, & a slice of whole wheat toast. I used to ask her why she always had the same thing, day after day, week after week, & she said “because I like it & it’s good for me”. Well, I like it & it’s obviously good for me, too, but I rarely think to buy it for some reason. Thanks to this article, I just put it on my shopping list.
