Stryker hits a homerun with minor league baseball partnership

This post is sponsored by Stryker. All opinions are my own.

Today, I am honored to partner with Stryker to discuss Mako SmartRobotics™ and the brand’s partnership with Minor League Baseball™ this year.

Where I live in Texas, we take baseball very seriously from the time kids start T-Ball, and here in San Antonio, we are big followers of our minor league team, The San Antonio Missions.

As “The Official SmartRobotics™ Joint Replacement Partner of Minor League Baseball,” Stryker will have a booth at select Minor League Baseball games across the country, where fans can step right up to learn more about Stryker’s Mako SmartRobotics™ technology and participate in fun activities for the whole family – including decoding and trivia games.

Here in San Antonio, fans will also have the opportunity to speak to an orthopedic surgeon who will be on-site at the stadium to answer any questions they may have and learn how Mako SmartRobotics™ can help get patients back in the game quicker.

We all know individuals with injuries or have experienced firsthand the need for top quality advancements in joint replacements, such as for knees or hips. Many of us are of the age where we need to know about Stryker and their excellent products. The Minor League Games will be one place where you can talk to the experts and learn about the technology.

As I studied Stryker, I was impressed at how far the technology has come. Like so many, I watched family members struggle with the decision to undergo joint replacement, including my father-in-law, who didn’t have access to the newer joint replacement technology available today. It is exciting to me to know how far this innovation has come and to learn about the work Stryker is doing.

As a dog lover myself, I’m also thrilled Stryker is donating $1 to K9s For Warriors – the nation’s largest provider of service dogs to American veterans living with military-related trauma – for every walk issued to a batter during the regular season.

Our military is revered and honored in San Antonio, also called Military City USA.

Stryker’s Mako SmartRobotics™ has hit this one out of the ballpark. I want to say thank you to this great company for the work they are doing to make healthcare better; support Minor League Baseball; and to support our military. I hope everyone will make a point to attend their minor league games in your area and make sure you see if the Stryker’s SmartRobotics™ Stadium is there. You will want to take advantage of this opportunity.

If anyone in San Antonio would like to win tickets to a Missions baseball game for Friday, July 9th and check out Stryker’s booth, please go to my Instagram and enter to win!

KEEP SMILING, EVERYONE!

  1. I just had a robotic total knee replacement. I am in awe of the procedure! Home the same day, too. PT is still PT and hard work.

  2. I’m glad that so many advancements have been made. My youngest son is going to need knee replacement at some point, so I’ll tell him about this. Hope he’s still some years out, but it’s coming. Love how they support worthy causes, and that picture of the dog paw in the hand…… going to be trying to duplicate that one!
