  1. You do find interesting articles! I got a couple new ideas for grilled cheese…many things there that I have done including using mayo instead of butter on the outside, but there were some ideas I’ll have to try, like avocado and jalapenos. The scalp article interested me due to having had a real issue with my hair falling out from the onslaught of stress in my life over the last year. Things have calmed down and it’s not doing this any longer, but I’m going to incorporate the scalp massage regardless.

  2. Hi Karen, so glad you are finding the article interesting. I loved the grilled cheese ideas and want to try a couple myself. Thanks for being here!

  3. I eat beans every day, and find the easiest way to incorporate them was not mentioned in the bean article: putting garbanzo beans on a salad. We also love an Italian white bean, spinach and pasta soup with rosemary. And I’ve never had a bad bowl of chili, which is the easiest thing in the world to make vegetarian. I sub in mushrooms for the meat, and put a can of refried beans in to thicken it. Best news is that I haven’t seen bean prices succumb to inflation like meat has … at least not yet. Glad to see a staple in our vegetarian diets get some journalism attention.

  4. Hi Pam, I took a mental health day today and I am enjoying the articles you put together for us today. Thank you for taking the time to compile all of them, great collection!
