Chico’s Spring: Ready for Easter

Chico's Spring

Happy Friday!  Once again, today, I am sharing from Chico’s Spring collection and they have me ready for Easter!

I know I have shouted the praises of the Chico’s Spring clothing from the rooftops, but I must keep going…. there are so many pieces this year that I love.

It is a versatile collection that can be worn in many ways.  Yesterday, I was more casual and today I am taking it up a notch and ready to celebrate Easter.

CHICO’S SPRING: READY FOR EASTER

Chico's Spring

When I step out the door on Easter, I want to wear an outfit that will work for our church, and then on to a backyard barbecue with our family.

Our church is more causal than how I grew up with dresses and Easter bonnets…so this casual chic style from Chico’s Spring line works!

I love the colors in the Tie Dye Poncho in the color Lotus Petal.  It is a poncho, but I sized down to a S/M so that it fit more like a top.  I love it that way.

The poncho fabric is thick enough that you do not need a tank underneath …unless you are just more comfortable with one.

And it matches the Chico’s necklace so beautifully…I will show you that in a minute.

I believe this is a great way for a Vibrant Autumn woman to say SPRING!   Chico’s Spring, that is!

Chico's Spring

I am wearing it on to the backyard barbecue in the lovely Embroidered Pull-on Ankle Jeggings in Alabaster.

The whole look goes nicely with my new UGG Teague Leather Sandals in gold from Dillard’s.

Chico's Spring

I will also carry with my Chico’s Spring clothing, their lovely Woven Leather Crossbody Bag in Alabaster...such a beautiful creamy off-white.

Here are other accessories currently in the collection for Chico’s Spring….(Some on sale)

Chico's Spring

This outfit is stunning in details…from the embroidery on the jeggings, to this fabulous Seedbead Fringe necklace in Warm Multi with the poncho.  And it is on sale too!

You can find in Chico’s Spring a similar poncho and necklace combo in blue as well.

Bring on the joyous celebration of the day…the egg hunt…the great food…and family laughs.  Chico’s Spring has me ready for Easter!

Make sure you sign up for Chico’s text messages to make sure you get sale notifications then minute they happen….

See you tomorrow for Would You Wear It?…now….join me in the fresh breezes of springtime as we….

KEEP SMILING!!

  1. Very pretty! It’s going to be cold here on Easter, but under my coat I’ll be wearing lighter colors that say ‘spring’! I like the color of your top and the embroidery on the pants. When I buy jeggings, they always seem to fit close, like leggings, but a heavier material. The ones you are wearing look more like straight leg pants. Did you size up? White pants can be tricky. The embroidery is such a pretty touch!

  2. I did size up, Karen! Specifically to get the pant look and I love the embroidery!

  3. Good morning, Pam. You are so lucky that you have truly spring weather for Easter. In northeast Maine, it is rarely warm whether it falls in March or April. During these more casual times, I miss the shopping we used to do for a lovely new dress, lightweight coat, and a hat! You certainly will light up the day in your outfit. It inspires me to shop my closet today and make a clothing plan to visit my Little People with spring colors in mind!

  4. Oh, my….you bought that necklace and it looks just perfect with your poncho top! I’ve watched a few ladies model it on the Chico’s FB page, but being a petite sized person, I’ve always felt I would be swamped by a bigger necklace like some of the beauties sold by Chico’s. But they are so unique which I also like! Your outfit is so pretty and you look creative and polished! You will definitely turn some heads with looks of envy on Easter morning!

  5. Awww…thanks Celia…you are so sweet. Remember that a large majority of the women modeling the jewelry are petite. That might help you with some perspective on many of these pieces.

  6. I’m loving these bright colors for spring against a white bottom. For years I refused to wear white jeans, but they definitely elevate any outfit over their blue counterparts. So glad you convinced me a few years ago to add them to my wardrobe. I think your Easter look is lovely, and life is just more casual these days. Even Easter dinner has become pretty casual in most homes. I think this is just great … easy on the hostess, who can also enjoy the festivities.

  7. Easter is typically cook here. I grew up in a church where girls and women dressed up too! Seems like a lifetime ago!
I love yourSpring time outfit- that color is great! A Really happy color! And I love that tasseled handbag too.
Enjoying a somewhat spring day here – it’s sunny not raining but cool at 59. Supposed to reach the 60s today, Pam. Whoo hoo!

  8. A lovely look for Easter – bright and happy. I do miss the Easter dresses and the cute matching outfits I bought for my kids when they were little. Chico’s just doesn’t work for me, but the embroidered leggings, while not my style, are very pretty.
