  1. I remember as a kid having Italian cookies from all the Nonnas in my life. I looked forward to those cookies every year. And if you were lucky enough to get some of Mrs. Ciolino’s cookies it was a real treat. She was the best italian cookie maker of them all. I still have italian cookies at Christmas time but mostly they come form a local Italian bakery. Maybe I should try my hand at some of those recipes, next year!

  2. The Dolly Parton and Kelly Clarkson video was so dear. Both women teach us how to be kinder and gentler people. “I once was blind but now I see” – wow! Tears on that one!
    Merry Christmas, Pam! God bless!

  3. I was interested in the Brussels sprouts recipe since it is how I like to prepare baby red potatoes, albeit with more herbs. I have always roasted Brussels sprouts and they are one of my favorite vegetables. I’ll try this method since I know how wonderful it is with the potatoes. True comfort food!

  4. I love Brussel Sprouts too and I am going to try this one in January! I agree…so good!

  5. Donna – Why wait till next year? Why don’t you try those recipes in January or March?

  6. I can’t believe that you did all this research in the midst of your Christmas preparations. Thanks so much for all you do!

  7. Thanks for a special year of sharing joy, fashion and other ideas. A Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year.
