  1. I enjoyed this post Pam! Very varied, interesting and timely articles you’ve shared! Thank you!

  2. Several interesting articles today. The fact that man made fabrics keep you cool in summertime because they are hydrophobic made me, a former chemistry teacher, wonder why I’ve never thought of that fact. Some great-looking recipes which are always interesting. Loved Helen Mirren’s blueish hair and beautiful dress at Cannes, I think it was. She’s such a beautiful woman to me and so different from how I feel at 77. However, I’m guessing she has lots of help “ putting herself together” for events. Have another calm day!

  3. Just to echo Celia, loved the fabric article. It was really helpful. I also liked the Helen Mirren article and the food articles as well. I’m putting my containers together in the next week or so, so the reminders on drainage, potting, and plant feeding are timely. Thanks again for doing this roundup!

  4. Thank you for always putting together these interesting news stories for us, Pam. I loved seeing the grandmother and grandson’s story. That’s just heart warming. ❤️
