Happy Tuesday, ladies! What are you thankful for today? Today, I am thankful to be here and show you Affordable Spring Trends at Old Navy.
Spring Trends at Old Navy were certainly clothing I believed would interest you.
After returning home, I desired to add a pair of cropped leggings to my workout wear.
So, I headed over to OLD NAVY to find an affordable pair of CROPPED LEGGINGS…and I did find ones that are soft with great fit in the PowerSoft collection.
But, I also found spring trends at Old Navy and wanted to make sure that those of you who shop this store are aware of what is in new arrivals.
Advantages of Old Navy, of course, include lower prices; but also, include offering all sizes and many garments are offered in several colors and prints.
So come along and lets shop affordable spring trends at Old Navy.
AFFORDABLE SPRING TRENDS AT OLD NAVY: THE SHORT TRENCH WITH STRIPES
Recently, we saw on this blog how short trench coats are on trend and even more so when styled with striped tops.
This is the OVERSIZED DOUBLE BREASTED SHORT TRENCH COAT in a light neutral called A Stone’s Throw.
I tried on a large and it is still slightly big but does button up nicely.
Typically in a regular trench, I would reach for an XL.
This short one is on sale.
If you are shopping a longer trench, the spring trends at Old Navy also include an OVERSIZED WATER-RESISTANT MAC COAT in a neutral called Wood Sorrel.
Again, for better fit, I would size down.
I do like a lot the soft tees available in spring trends at Old Navy.
With the short trench, I am wearing the LUXE V-NECK STRIPED T- SHIRT and it is very soft and comes in 17 options!

AFFORDABLE SPRING TRENDS AT OLD NAVY: ON TREND PRINTS
In the spring trends at Old Navy are the “on trend” prints …stripes, dots, and florals.
For example, you will see square neck scarves back on trend this year.
This cute scarf includes the polka dots on trend and would look in style with a short trench.
This is the SQUARE SCARF in yellow floral….and, as always, there are other offerings of this scarf in the spring trends at Old Navy.
I also liked this striped top which is offered in four different color combinations of stripes.
This is the LONG-SLEEVE MARINER LOOSE T-SHIRT.
And we all know that stripes are on trend once again.
Whenever I hear that florals are in the spring trends, I remember Meryl Streep in “The Devil Wears Prada” responding to florals for spring…she was less than impressed.
However, florals are once again on trend…so I tried on this casual, light, airy top for you to see.
This is the BUTTON DOWN FLORAL SHIRT….you can see that it is a bit transparent, but would be good for the warmer climates.
Here is another way to wear a stripe in the spring trends at Old Navy.
This is the BUTTON DOWN DOBBY SHIRT in a green called Dried Herb.
The other two options are also a stripe….black one is more of a check.
AFFORDABLE SPRING TRENDS AT OLD NAVY: DON’T MISS DENIM
As I was leaving looking over the spring trends at Old Navy, I saw a few items in denim you may want to check out.
There are several versions of easy denim dresses for warmer weather ahead.
This is the JEAN SHIRT DRESS in four options. I saw the neutral stripe and liked it. There are also Midi length styles.
And, there are many on-trend cute jeans at Old Navy…some in florals and with braided fabric on the waist and down the side seam.

I recently met a lovely lady for lunch here in my new city and she looked so cute…and was dressed in Old Navy.

Old Navy is certainly a more affordable option, especially if searching for an item(s) that are more on trend and/or basic, like a T-shirt or workout wear. They always have reasonably-priced accessories as well. Sizes do run a bit large.
I did size down on several items. Old Navy helps those who want to participate in a trend with more affordable options.

I agree with Rafaela, you are so helpful to even those of us that must stay in a retirement budget. Old Navy has a lot of tees, sweatshirts, sweaters and denim jeans. My only complaint is they think 29” inseam fits petites. I have to shorten them. I can get away with a 28” which gives me coverage on my booties and sneakers. But 29” is a trip hazard for me at 5’1” tall. But jeans for $20! Worth shortening! Thank you Pam for the try on at Old Navy.

Thanks for featuring Old Navy. I rediscovered them late last fall & appreciate the lower price point for my casual wear when I am at home or just running a quick errand. I like to look nice but don’t want to break the budget.
