How Not to Look Old!

No April foolin’ this New York Times Best Selling author believes it is easy to look ten years younger…but some of her ideas are a little out there. So, I have decided to blog us through this book (I have wanted to do this since Julie & Julia!!).

Join me on the Midlife Boulevard HERE for the first post and see if you agree with her!

Trust me, there is much to ponder about what she writes.

Happy Tuesday!  See you in ….

  1. I also cringe at the word "hip" and for me "artsy" also brings on the cringe factor. I guess it is "feeling good in your own skin" that I find attractive. Interesting article to ponder.

  2. While I'm happy to read what you think about this book, I'm surprised that "How Not to Look Old" was considered an acceptable title. Personally, I find it dismissive, as we are once again suggesting that old = bad and young = good. (Couldn't they have found a more politically correct title, whatever it's contents?)

Aren't we fortunate if we make it (graciously) to "old?"

Off to see what you think…

  3. I just posted about my annoying laugh lines. Lets be real. No one looks forward to getting older once you ctoss that threshold. But since aging is life, I choose to age looking and feeling my best.
