Yes, I am Wonder Woman…I lost two pounds my first week on Jenny Craig!*  You can’t really see anything under my graduation robe (this was my 14th high school graduation as a faculty member!) But, I am pretty pleased so far.

When I say they speak my language, I am referring to my love of eating things that CRUNCH!!  I guess I am a texture-eater…but you can see here that in my first week I got to crunch on chips, cookies, popcorn, and cereal. 

I saw this sign hanging in the local office and I agree that the food is shockingly good.  I was surprised at exactly how good it tastes….delicious diet food!  Also, I do not feel deprived…when they keep the crunch and give me an occasional treat…then I am feeling loved!

It hasn’t been all taco chips and popcorn (loved the Kettle Corn)…I have struggled a little with giving up my old eating habits…OK,  there are moments I have struggled a lot.  But, it helps so much to have accountability to my consultant, Yolanda, and to see results!

Now, I am beginning a new week, so I will be back with a report next Friday!

This week ended with chocolate cheesecake…next week ends with a red velvet cupcake…with a lot of vegetables and fruit in between!

I can do this!
