Jenny Craig: Chocolate Cakes better than Muffins!
As I placed these chocolate muffins under the glass for my son, I thought of what a temptation they use to be! Often, at the end of an exhausting day, I would “reward” myself with a muffin. But, no longer!
Since joining JENNY CRAIG at the beginning of June, I am not tempted by these muffins one bit! And, I still get a reward…this week, the reward was a 1.2 pound loss!
On the Jenny Craig meal plan, I enjoy occasional treats like…
Blueberry Mini Loaf
Blueberry Pancakes and Veggie Sausage
Chocolate Cakes
Red Velvet Cupcake
See, there is just no reason for me to miss these muffins! You might call your local JENNY CRAIG office…they have regular specials and you can sample the food. You will find out…like I did…that the food is very good!

Pam what is the total weight loss now? How many weeks have you been on the program?

Hi Naina, I have lost 12 pounds total in a little over 10 weeks. The most dramatic change for me is the four inches lost in my abdomen area.

I thought you were slimmer than before in your new post, but didn't dare mention it. Now ai know for sure. You have my deepest respect Pam. This is not an easy road.
