Speaking of workouts….something I have not been able to give up during my new diet is my morning coffee…complete with a dash of Fat Free Hazelnut Coffee Cream. I have always worried this might hurt my workout…because, as you can see, I have a big cup first thing when I rise and then go to the gym. But, this week, I learned at my doctor’s office that it might actually help my workout and help my weight loss. Read the article HERE!
