Jenny Craig: Meet Organic Liaison’s Rescue Me!

OK…well it’s time to get back in the saddle again.  In case you didn’t pick up on it, I have been
sick.  I was tested for strep (twice);
influenza (once); and had blood drawn to cover everything else.  Basically, it has been a bad respiratory virus
that included a high fever and extreme fatigue for almost two long weeks!  I was given a steroid shot…which helped me
breathe, but, made me hungry.  So I have
unfortunately been grazing and not felt like being in the gym. (I still lost 2 oz. though…thanks JENNY!)

I am feeling better and Jenny Craig did help me get
there.  This new ENERGY DRINK marketed
under Kirstie Alley and Jenny Craig, actually helped immensely.  I have been so fatigued, so I started to
drink this faithfully this week and felt an amazing energy boost.

You just add all of the antioxidants with a touch of green tea to your water…it tastes great and gives a definite wake up call.

Today, I return to the meal plan and to
working out again….yesterday, I did a light strength training session.  It’s time to get back at it.  I will not let this little set back get to me…I
will just persevere on!

Have a wonderful Friday….and stay healthy everyone…wash those hands!

*I was provided a free trial program, and free Jenny’s Cuisine® items. Currently, I purchase their food at a special rate.   However, the opinions and writing are entirely my own.
Members following the Jenny Craig program, on average, lose 1-2 lbs per week

  1. hi Sharon, It is one of the reasons I began to feel better. I had extreme fatigue with this virus, so I began to drink this at the end of it and it really helped me to get my strength back. I am certain a huge part of feeling better is just healing from the virus ending, but the drink helped me immensely with energy…which I really needed.

  2. I'm glad you are feeling better and are on the other side of being sick. It sounds like you had a tough time of it, glad you found a rescue drink to help out.

  3. My sympathies/empathy –

I got slammed by one of those 24-hour things this week (that lasted 48 hours)… still dragging myself back from that!

Glad you know what's wrong and that you're on the mend.

    xo
