I thought I would show you what a typical day looks like for me on JENNY CRAIG. When I say the food is excellent, I mean it! On this day, I began with FLORENTINE BREAKFAST PIZZAS, and coffee…have to have my coffee.
My mid-morning snack was the VANILLA CREME MILKSHAKE on the patio…I love to throw in a dash of cinnamon.
The amazing new ASIAN STYLE CHICKEN for lettuce wraps was lunch. I just pour it over chopped romaine and eat out of the bowl…so good, and just as tasty as any I have eaten at a restaurant.
My afternoon was made so much brighter with this RED VELVET CUPCAKE…oh, you need to taste the icing!
I try my best to eat dinner between 4-5 in the afternoon, so I do not go too late. This CHEESY CHICKEN ENCHILADA is delicious and on this day I ate it with broccoli….some days it might be a salad, or spinach. I love my greens!
I was too full to tackle an evening snack, but typically it might be KETTLE CORN!
The JENNY CRAIG FOOD PLAN is easy to follow…tastes great…and gets mixed up occasionally with new additions.
