I am feeling pretty confident these days, now wearing dresses after losing pounds and inches on JENNY CRAIG…the best diet plan for women over 50.  This is a Ralph Lauren knit dress I picked up at MARSHALL’S last week for job interviews!

What is so encouraging to me is I continue to lose inches!  I feel amazing in my new dress size and the fact I can wear this knit without a Spanx-type undergarment is exhilarating!

Here is my current favorite dinner…CHICKEN PESTO PASTA!  I added a few veggies.  Right after school ended, there were many eating-out occasions, but again, I am encouraged because JENNY CRAIG’S FOOD PLAN has helped to shrink my stomach and I do not eat the huge portions I previously did.  Thanks JENNY!  Summer is going to be easier this year!
