Let the Celebrations Begin and My OOTD
It’s that time of year when celebrations run rampant…time with friends and family for many different reasons. Every now and then a meal with friends turns into a true EVENT. This is what happened with us last week.
There has been a restaurant in San Antonio for over 33 years called Hsiu Yu and it was a community favorite.
However, kind Mr. Yu was the chef and he is ready to put away his apron at the end of December.
My boss and publisher, Mike has been a huge supporter of the Yu family, so last week, they invited us to dinner…
It really was not dinner…it was an EVENT…with eight courses and Peking Duck in the middle!
I am still stuffed…and confirm the Yu family restaurant will be missed in our city! (By the way, the Peking Duck was fabulous!)
I wore an Eileen Fisher kimono and long tank from Dillards, and a JJill Ponte Knit Pencil Skirt! Such a fun evening!
Adorable look and the food sounds incredible!
You look fabulous! What a shame the restaurant is closing.
