  1. Some good articles today; thank you for curating. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation floating around out there about what it means to be vegan. I’m not a vegan, just a vegetarian. It’s gotten so bad that I usually say I eat whole food, plant based. Your articles are reliable and correct. Whether vegetarian or not, all of us benefit from recipes that emphasize less meat, but I usually eat way more simply than the articles you share. Still fun to look though :).

  2. I try to find recipes that may have been missed and might give ideas for holidays and family events. I agree healthy eating comes in many forms.

  3. I like the Wednesday posts. I always find something interesting to read. I’m going to try the vegan chorizo recipe. I thought the retail crime rings are disgusting at every level, but important to know about. And, yes, Trinny looks much better in her yellow jacket.

  4. Wow! Thanks for the informational articles! I spent a couple of hours following stories deep into rabbit holes today! 🙂 Julia Child’s shallots led me to potatoes and then to tomatoes – I finally had to make myself stop and return to your post and go to other articles! Fascinating stuff! US highest elevations by state was another that had me exploring. Organized crime on the upswing, supporting lifestyles beyond most of us. I definitely enjoy your Wednesday round-up, Pam.

  5. Thanks for continuing the Wednesday posts. I love them, even though I may not comment on them frequently. I was happy to see Trinny in a wonderful spring color and sitting down. So calming!

  6. Fascinating story on the complex organized crime rings running retail theft. It became clear to me that if it’s a lot cheaper than in a retail store, especially if it’s available on Amazon or in a local flea market, it was probably stolen. I’m much more wary now. Thanks, Pamela. And I do love the Wednesday break to read articles I would otherwise miss. I really appreciate the time spent in curating for us each week!

  7. Thanks, Ann. My heart goes out to business owners, and te rest of us trying to shop stores where items are locked up. Very frustrating.

  8. I was excited to see Singapore outer islands on the list. We are heading there Saturday and that was on my list!

I also look forward to the news feature. What a lot of work for you!
