It’s time to get healthy!  Before I joined Gigi at the incredible spa, I received some news from blood work.  It was depressing as usual…my triglycerides continue to be elevated as is my total cholesterol to HDL Ratio!  So tell me, how are your triglycerdies?  All the nurse had to say was the word STROKE…
