When we left our heroine (ok, that’s me!), she was lost in a puddle of lament over a one pound gain after a week of celebrating her birthday…not with vast amounts of champagne, but rather with vast amounts of Cake Batter ice cream..that evil villain!
But, the sun has risen again…and alas this week’s weigh in resulted in a 2.2 pound loss!   That would now be a total of 11 pounds…woo hoo…JENNY CRAIG rode in on a white horse and saved our heroine, yet again!
Seriously, I am excited and I feel so much better when I eat off the JENNY CRAIG FOOD PLAN, and don’t stray into dangerous territory.  My grocery store life has completely changed…that’s good.  The less I am there, the less likely I am to get into trouble.  I bring home my weekly Jenny Craig meals and supplement them with fruits and veggies.
  
My plan for this up coming week is to do the same as I did last week and we will see if I can keep this going well.  I really like the JENNY CRAIG TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE more than the evil ice cream right now…it doesn’t hurt my stomach or add on a pound!
