Work Wear for Women Over 50: All About Foundations

My work wardrobe really functions on a foundation of neutrals. I love neutral separates because they stretch the wardrobe and open so many possibilities. I try to select the night before what I am going to wear the next day…just keeps the morning more organized and on time. This necklace from CHICO’S and the Eileen Fisher jacket from DILLARDS were both purchased on sale. I found the jacket on deep clearance out of season and it is just what I need now as things heat up…it is so lightweight…and worth the wait to wear.
