Important Updates on Collagen Her

updates on Collagen Her

Happy Tuesday, everyone.  I have important updates on Collagen Her to share with you today.

On August 25, I first announced here that I had decided to try Collagen Her for my bone strength since my system does not handle calcium supplements well.

So, I am here today to report back to you with updates on Collagen Her, including how to save this week.

IMPORTANT UPDATES ON COLLAGEN HER: #1

updates on Collagen Her

I continue to use Collagen Her Peptide Powder in my coffee every morning.

It dissolves quickly into my coffee because it is such a high quality collagen.  I continue to speak with other women whose collagen is clumpy when put in a hot beverage.

But, not Collagen Her….the product is responsibly sourced from grass fed, pasture raised bovine in South America.

I do personally feel like it has helped me in a variety of ways…system and hunger regulation, softer wrinkles on my face, and hopefully stronger bones.

My constipation has disappeared and I do believe this has helped with my new healthy eating plan.   Yes, I am a fan.

The positives I see are enough to keep this going and continue to start every day with Collagen Her Peptide Powder…doing something good for me.

Quality collagen like Collagen Her offers is so important for women over 50.

We can use that additional boost for hair strength, stronger nails, a softer complexion, and for stronger bones.

Now, I believe my morning cup of coffee is a POWER cup because it is fortified with one scoop of Collagen Her Peptide Powder.

  1. I did it! I ordered the collagen for her. I’m trying to do more for my heath also. I have worked out for several years faithfully but need to continue to do more. Thank you and I so love reading your posts. Hope you are feeling stronger each day.

  2. I just received marine collagen from Amazon. I tolerate the fish-based one better. Must look into Her marine gummies! Thanks!
Hope you and Mr.B are feeling better! I’m thankful for your blog, but
If you meed a break, I’ll be waiting!

  3. I am ordering the Collagen For Her, BUT, after reading on their site I see nothing that says this product strengthens bones ( it might be implied) or can take the place of calcium supplements. I, too, cannot tolerate the required amounts of calcium needed for my age. So I won’t know the answer to bone strength until the next bone density test. And yes, at 80, I exercise daily and have a balanced diet

  4. I did my own research after my struggles with taking calcium. I have not taken a bone test since I stared doing this. There are no guarantees here, Kay. But, I am convinced it is worth a try because there are some who say it does work for bone strength and because my system handles it better than calcium. I am not going to guarantee that it does work, and I can understand why they do not have it on their website. But that is the main reason I am doing this. I hope that helps some.

  5. Hi Karen, I began in late August and am now on my second large container. I use one scoop a day. I would think that the one big container lasts two months….

  6. I’ve been hearing such great things about Collagen Her! I tried Fosamax but it upset my stomach terribly after my second weekly dose. I deal with gastro issues anyway with celiac disease so didn’t want to push my luck with another irritant. Bone health is super important to me right now too, so maybe I’ll give it a try!

  7. As I said, I do believe it is worth a try but will not know for sure until my next bone scan. It also helps to be active and do some weight training.

  8. This comes at a perfect time for me because I need to order some more. I was skeptical at first because I have tried other Collagen brands and it did not dissolve easily. This one does and I put it in my coffee daily.
Where should I order so you get some credit for this?

  9. Hi Paula! So glad you enjoy Collagen Her like I do. Just click either where it says Website or Amazon and I get the credit both places. Thanks for asking.

  10. I am a born skeptic, age 68, but I kept reading blog posts touting the benefits of collagen. I really got curious. I also watched a YouTube video by the Budget Dermatologist explaining what collagen could do for us. I decided to try Collagen for Her capsules this summer. That was the brand I saw most often touted by the over-50 bloggers I read. I was amazed that I did see a great improvement in my nails and the skin of my hands after a couple of months of use. My nails, which used to be strong as iron, had been peeling and cracking for a couple of years. I was also getting self conscious about how dry and old the backs of my hands looked. It was especially noticeable to me when I would demonstrate something on the piano for one of my school-aged students, who, naturally, all have beautiful skin! My nails have stopped breaking and peeling. They feel like they used to. The skin on my hands looks Incredibly better.

I must confess that I switched brands a couple of months ago based on what the Budget Dermatologist recommended. I went to a Vital Proteins powder that contains Verisol collagen. It has a lot of research backing it up. Verisol is a proprietary form of collagen produced in Germany, I believe. Unfortunately, I do not care for the taste of the Vital Proteins powder. (They don’t make any capsules with the Verisol form of collagen.) I am not a coffee drinker – I am hypersensitive to caffeine – so I was mixing the powder with water and adding Mio to cover the taste. After one jar of powder I decided I could not continue to drink the stuff long term, so I switched to the other brand recommended by the Budget Dermatologist – It is available in my preferred capsule form.

I had great results with Collagen for Her. I would love to hear from their research team about their views on Verisol collagen. Is it better? Or, does it just have a few more research studies backing up its benefits?
