  1. Loved watching the video of what women are wearing in London! There are so many enticing articles to read later today. Thank you, Pam.

  2. There was much to enjoy here. Lots of wisdom in the “7” weight loss article, and I went down a bit of a rabbit hole and read several articles at the site. I look forward to watching the video tonight.

  3. Great article about the benefits of a spinal twist. Lying down or sitting it does wonders for the back and its so easy to make adjustments for individual needs. I’m missing my yoga classes right now with the puppy so this was a reminder that I can easily do these at home any time. I drooled over the photos of the backyards. We have a steeply sloping back yard and its difficult to walk in much less work in. Near the house we’ve landscaped and put in mulch so its pretty to look at. The rest is wild & wooded and the domain of the dogs. Luckily we have decks so we can still enjoy the view. Happy Wednesday.

  4. Happy Wednesday, Kathie. I am so glad you found a helpful article!

  5. Lots of good reading here today, Pamela. Thank you! Did print off the chicken marinade recipe and had a peek at the Fashion video whom are similarly dressed as we currently are. (In layers but not as warmly.) Also found the back exercises interesting but do a regime by Sara Meeks (physio therapist) which has helped me immensely as have sustained a few fractures over the years and now have been diagnosed with osteoporosis which she focuses on. (One can find the exercises if they search YouTube/Brad and Bob/Physio Therapist who host a playlist of such.) -Brenda-
