The video was great, learned soo much!!
Thanks a bunch!!
You are welcome, Debra! Glad you enjoyed it.
I’ve been reading about Norovirus, a timely topic since it’s running through the school where I substitute teach, and we are headed to the west coast and cruising Hawaii soon. I wash my hands a lot anyway, but I’m really trying to dial down and do it every chance I get. It’s making my hands dry, but that’s better than being so sick. It is frustrating that other people’s hygiene choices affect us so negatively. The fashion video was weird, and I don’t just mean because of the frozen, computer-generated blinking, but rather because the striped tops they showed were all so sloppy and poorly fitting.
Thanks for joining in, Linda. Vaseline on your hands at bedtime will help deal with dry hands. I am traveling soon and also a little nervous about the viruses.
So many eyerolls watching the Video
EXTRA LARGE polka dots are flattering?
I thought we were mature enough to wear what we like.
I always dress with my five style adjectives…no matter what. They are unique to me.
Great selection of articles. After printing Ina’s soup recipe I poked around on her site and found 2 recipes to try soon. I’m now #16 on 72 copies of her book so it should be at my library soon. Even though I usually turn off AI generated videos I watched this one and found it interesting. I didn’t agree with all the examples but many of them made sense to me. Its often a case of what do you see first, the person or the article of clothing? In most cases its not absolute. It can depend on variables. Something that looks good on a tall statuesque person with strong features might overwhelm a small petite person with delicate features. Coloring and personal contrast are also factors and style adjectives are the most important factor. Its still bitter cold here with plenty of winter ahead. I’m not tempted yet by spring clothing.
Thanks for your details, Kathie. Good comment!
The articles on inflammation & the norovirus were very informative & timely. I learned the value of proper hand washing because my late husband was immune compromised. Soap & water was always the preferred choice with hand sanitizer to be used in a pinch. I enjoyed the content of the video, but the AI generated models were a bit creepy. I did agree with most of the tips.
I agree…they are creepy!
