  1. I really enjoyed the video today! I need to work on putting more positivity in my thoughts and speech. My husband agreed with me. He also liked hearing the views in the video. I don’t dance anywhere anymore and I do miss it. Even swaying to music from a sitting position counts. I watched a show about The Beach Boys recently and it really made me smile and remember the 1960s. It was the music of my era. I realized that I don’t listen to music anymore and it was always so important to me. I’m going to bring it back into my life. Thank you for the wonderful inspirational video Pamela. Have a great day!

  2. Yes! Bring it back in your life, Sydney. Music is so important to me too…I love to sing and dance and really listen to all different forms of music…except rap…not into that one. I slept outside on a concrete sidewalk in my late teens to get good seats to the Beach Boys. It was so much fun and we danced on top of chairs during that concert. Thanks for the memory. I am so glad you liked the video.

  3. I thoroughly enjoyed today’s video. While I do most of the habits presented, there were a couple that I could do more often. I don’t get as much fresh air in the heat of the summer, & I could add more movement to my life. Perhaps I’ll do more dancing. I think dancing as I clean or do laundry sounds perfect!

  4. Oh yes…those are great times to dance! On the days when I do not go out and about, I try to have my morning coffee outside before it gets too hot. Thanks for sharing Becky!

  5. I finally had a chance to watch the video. All her points were right on. I’m a happy person most of the time and do most of those 12 things every day. I take the time to say a prayer or 2 before I get up and feed the dogs and the cats and clean the litter box. Then I do slow down over my cup of coffee once the “kids” are taken care of. I took note of what I need to pay more attention to: stop complaining, practice forgiveness daily and end the day with gratitude. I saw the Beach Boys in concert twice. Great memories.
