  1. Pam, Pier 1 is such a fun place at Christmas. It's really tight for me this year too and I'm so worried about having money to buy the kids presents. It's definitely going to be different this year but hopefully it will help us to focus on the meaning of the holiday a little more. xo

  2. OK, now I'm going to have to zip over to Pier One to see if I can find one of those Eiffel Towers. I'm not above a little Paris Kitcsch. 🙂 Great finds all around, the holidays are getting on the sparkle bandwagon this year!

  3. What you do with scarves is just amazing to me! You look fabulous! We don't splurge on Christmas as a practice. I try to keep it focused on being together, celebration and food! Hugs to you girly! ~Serene

  4. Well, I guess I have to go to Pier One today because I must get my mitts on that Eiffel Tower! And every tree needs some animal print ornaments, no?

Great casual outfit – that scarf is beautiful!

Have a great day! xo, A

  5. Hi Pam! Thanks so much for the comment on my blog. I finally made some money freelancing this year so Christmas isn't as tight as it usually. Things were so tight one year that I actually bought all my gifts at the 99 cent store. That was a low point.
I love love love the leopard print ornaments. I could see adding those to my collection for sure.

  6. I love your selections, and Pier 1 is definitely one of my favorite places to go! I think I'll make a trip out there this weekend, although it is about 35 minute walk for me since I don't have a car in the City. I knew you'd probably find my age a bit surprising but it's ok 🙂 I am glad that the looks I put together can cater to a variety of ages. Can't wait to see more gift selections from you!

  7. Love the scarf! The bold red/black contrast does well on you. I was just in Steinmart today, and they had tons of pretty ones – I bought two! I wish San Antonio's weather would stay exactly like it's been the last few days – I love love love my fall layers and scarves and sweaters and jackets and things that camouflage all my flaws. In summer I just give up.
