  1. Loved the father/daughter dance! So cute and uplifting! The five good things that might cause aging are also helpful, with the reasoning behind them. I’m out on my balcony “as we speak” to get something morning vitamin D! Having had a basal cell issue on my face this is the best time for the sun since to absorb vitamin D you have to be out without sunscreen. My reason for being out here is because I know what’s coming in a few months and want to take advantage of being outside while I can! I bookmarked the appetizer ideas to find some new ideas for our annual family gathering (and those football weekends!)

  2. We are actually having a little much needed rain storm this morning! Enjoy your balcony time, Karen!

  3. Pamela, what a great offering of information! Love the color articles and the fashion. Can’t wait to try Pumpkin Crumb Muffins. The retirement and health articles are very worthwhile. Thanks for putting this together for us!

  4. You are welcome, Marcia! I am also looking forward to making the muffins. I encourage anyone to share these posts with people you believe would enjoy them!
    Thanks

  5. I have always loved Cary Grant but was surprised to read about his feud with Joan Fontaine. I can’t get too excited about the Sherwin Williams colors. They seemed sort of blah to me, but those coastal grandmother pads were very appealing. I have been thinking about making apple cinnamon bread because it makes the house smell like Fall. This one might be a new one to try.

  6. Hi Becky, That recipe sounds good. That is why I decided to include it and yes to the aromas of fall!
