The nutritionist article with peanut stew was interesting! For the past few years I’ve been following a West African peanut soup recipe after enjoying it at a nearby restaurant. Delicious and plant based.
It too contains veggie stock, and all the rest (spices vary) including 2/3 cup peanut butter.
Chick peas and Kale and a sweet potato cubed. Nutritious and tasty!
Paulette! Send it for me to share with others….would love to see your recipe for the soup.
I have been meaning to tell you how much I enjoy the lovely photos you include on your blog. They brighten my day. I don’t need another denim jacket but that denim moto jacket is too cool for words.
Thank you, Kathie. It is so helpful to know what readers like.
I always look forward to Wednesday’s post. So interesting!
Glad you enjoy it, Peggy. I enjoy doing the research for you too.
Enjoying the articles today….I’m saving and trying the facial yoga , that yoga I think I can master and hopefully will help my jawline. Wednesdays are a fun roundup of articles I normally would not have found to read. Thanks for curating…have a great rest of the week.
I also want to try that one, Nancy. Let us know what you think after you have done it for awhile. Thanks for sharing and being here.
I have worn SAS shoes for years because they are one brand that comes in 11 slim. Now that the daughters have taken over the company, they are adding more variety and more youthful styles than the leather Velcro orthopedic shoes that used to dominate the line (and were the only shoes that fit my mom’s arthritic feet). And I love that they are made in America.
Made in America right here in San Antonio, TX! I have toured the plant and it is an impressive company. Thanks for sharing Kate!
