I know this is a positive post, but also would like to encourage Americans to commemorate September 11, 2001 in your own way.
Perhaps it is time to share the story with someone who may not know what happened that day…but it is important to keep the memories alive and learn historical lessons.
Please comment on any of these articles. It is always helpful to me to know what educated or inspired you the most….until tomorrow….

Loved the video, learned so much on mistakes we make.
Yes need more veggies, inspires me to try harder. Lifting weights a lil tones my arms and veggies make me healthy. We really need these reminders!! Thanks a bunch!
You are welcome! Reminders help me as well!
I enjoyed the article about eating blueberries. My 100-year-old aunt attributes her longevity in part to including blueberries as part of her breakfast every morning. Just in case she’s right, and because I love blueberries, I also add them to my cereal almost every morning!
Blueberries are a key ingredient in my morning protein shake. When they are in season I love eating them with a bit of vanilla yogurt. I thought the video made some interesting points. The portion on sleeves made a lot of sense. Would love to find more tops with those angled sleeves. Recently I purchased what I thought was a really cute sweater jacket. But when I got home I saw that it had a number of pleats that had been tacked down to keep them in place for shipping. The boutique left the tacks in. I realized once they were opened it would be most unflattering so back it went. I did take exception to some of the handbag recommendations. Carrying a clutch or tucking a bag under your arm may look chic but its impractical and leaves one wide open to a purse snatcher. I’ll to keep my collection of cross body bags. Happy Wednesday and hope the prep for the move is progressing nicely
Me. B eats them every morning…perhaps, I should join you both!
I thought the same thing about the purses, Kathie. Bag snatchers happen every day here!
I loved the video. It had so many great tips. I have a medium dark wash denim jacket that I purchased a Coldwater Creek years ago. It has stood the test of time, & its vertical seaming is slimming.
I enjoyed the article on embracing & enjoying slow living in autumn. After the stress of having my house in disarray with the living room refresh, I am looking forward to enjoying the coziness of autumn. I also have been wanting to investigate the slow living principle, so this was a good start.
So excited that you received inspiration today, Becky!
So enjoyed the Wednesday news. I especially liked the article on slowing down.
Thanks for letting me know, Audrey!
Loved the fall slowing down article. I eat blueberries every day and am still kicking at almost 80! I use cross body hand bags which keeps my hands free for balance. I read several articles linked to the ones you had. I enjoy going down the rabbit hole every Wednesday.
