My picks from the J.Jill Sale

J.Jill sale

Happy Thursday!  Today I have for you my picks from the J.Jill sale that you may not want to miss.

My picks from the J.Jill sale will certainly include some of the items I have showed to you earlier.

I am certainly enjoying wearing the J.Jill pieces I brought along with me to my new location.

They have worked beautifully for my new life in a different town.

So, allow me to begin there and then we will go into my picks for the J.Jill sale.

Also, remember that J.Jill offers several different size options from petite to tall.

MY PICKS FROM THE J.JILL SALE: FIRST A FAVORITE

J.Jill sale

First, I introduced to you my fall favorites at J.Jill in the post MY PICKS IN J.JILL NEW FALL ARRIVALS.

I have been so pleased with my J.Jill purchases from that shopping trip and found them to fit perfectly into my new life.

The Jacquard knit zip up poncho  with an off white blouse underneath is an easy favorite of mine…I ordered it in the olive leaf color.

It is not on sale, but I do like this poncho and wanted to remind you about it…I ordered the S/L size.

I like a poncho such as this on days it is cooler and I do not want to fuss with a jacket.

Now…on to the J.Jill Sale….

MY PICKS FROM THE J.JILL SALE: MY PICKS

The J.Jill Sale has featured some serious markdowns, and that is why I wanted to highlight some of these in my picks.

I liked this SOFT LUXE UTILITY POPOVER TOP, and I took it home in the nutmeg color.

J.Jill saleRecently, I saw a well dressed woman in my nail salon wearing this jacket.

She had it on with black pants, black top, a plaid scarf in browns and reds, and with black leather sneakers.

Very nice!  I have my eye on this coat for some time, and while I haven’t purchased it yet, I admit seeing someone else look so good in it makes it more tempting!

This is the TUMBLED CORD COAT….it also comes in a lovely vermillion.

Something to keep in mind with the J.Jill sale selections is that early fall pieces can easily be worn through spring.

This sale does not include the heavy winter selections, but selections which will work, in most cases, longer…or are also great layering pieces.

This is the DOUBLE KNIT BLAZER in caramel heather.

My friend Karen tried this top on in white and really liked it.

This is the COTTON STAND-COLLAR TUNIC.

You could change the seasons of this jacket with different colors of scarves or even tops underneath.

It is one piece that can go right up to summer…and maybe in some places into summer.

This is the DIAMOND QUILTED CURVED HEM JACKET.

Also, my picks from the J.Jill sale include these:

  1. I told you that I highly recommend and wear the LUXE SUPIMA PLEAT BACK TEE…I just ordered the spiced wine color.
  2. I also wear the J.Jill boyfriend jeans and noticed the spice wine color on sale….THE BOYFRIEND JEANS…also in a light green.
  3. This is a lovely, classic piece…the WEAREVER CONTRAST-TRIMMED SWEATER JACKET.
  4. I also tried on this sweater and liked it….TWEEDED COTTON SWEATER TUNIC.

The J.Jill sales right now include great selections which I know have been beneficial to my wardrobe and my new casual life.

It is worth your time to take a peek at the J.Jill Sale.

Let me know of you have any questions about my picks from the J.Jill Sale and I will answer what I can…until tomorrow….

I was encouraged to explain more about my SHOPPING LINKS page and how to use it.

I am an affiliate for many different brands and when you click on those brands and shop, then I receive a small commission.

This is such an important income for me and my family.

I have tried to include the brands most shopped by this audience, but sometimes I miss one of your favorites.

If you will tell me what you are shopping, then I can tell you if I am affiliate for them and give you that link…if it is not already on the page.

  1. Thanks for the heads up on the sale. J Jill has added quite a few pieces since I last looked. The tumbled cord coat is very cute. I can see you in it. I have the double knit blazer you showed and I can recommend it. Our J Jill is still closed after being underwater and I really hope it reopens. I just ordered the cable sweater dress from your link. I’ve had my eye on it and now with the additional 30% off the sale price I decided its worth it. I have found that J Jill’s sizing is consistent across their offering so I’m pretty confident it will fit. Happy Thursday.

  2. Happy Thursday, Kathie! I hope your store re-opens. I miss living in a town with J, Jill. Thanks for shopping with my links!

  3. I love J Jill and have many of their things. The animal print cord jacket is very nice in person.

  4. It is harder to buy online if the sizing isn’t consistent. I’m so sorry that your store still hasn’t reopened since the terrible flooding. I like the look of the corduroy coat but feel it wouldn’t be warm enough here in Colorado because of the winds. I look for waterproof coats and jackets that are lined for warmth and the waterproofing shields from the wind. 58 degrees with wind is pretty chilly even in the sun out walking Trixy. I need to replace my old LL Bean jacket because I can no longer comfortably zip it closed over a flannel shirt. My winter coat is for colder weather coming soon. The cream poncho and the olive green are my favorite choices on you today Pam.

  5. I’ve been watching that knit blazer and now I bought it, along with the shirt, jeans and loafers, for a column of wine. Thanks for this post and I used your link. 😀

  6. Catching up on posts after a busy week, and I’m so thankful I saw this one! I always love seeing your picks from my favorite retailer, and you found so many great pieces. I bought the double knit blazer in spiced wine from a previous post, and I’ve been wearing it on repeat for meetings related to the purchase of my new home. Thanks for the tip on the boyfriend jeans in this color – I just ordered them in two sizes in hopes that one pair will fit. They will make a casual suit look with the sweater blazer, and will also go with a lot of JJill pieces I bought in the dark fig color over the past couple of years. I also took advantage of the 30% off sale to order the whipstitch sweater I’d been considering, and two pair of pants that I hope will coordinate in acorn, a ginger color. That may turn out to be the perfect travel pieces for a trip to Houston in January. I am becoming a big fan of structured knits in retirement, which I previously thought of as “giving up.” Now that comfort is key, they make complete sense to me, and they travel so well. Thanks for continuing to share such great fall pieces with us, as fall weather finally arrives in north Texas!
